The question we get a lot is what to order in your starter kit. I would suggest the basics for a brand new stamper who doesn’t have anything to start with Ink, paper and stamps but with this promo your getting the in-colors ink and paper so I would suggest a few clear blocks, adhesives, a stamp set or 2 and a few embellishments.  If you need further help choosing I am available to help and I would share my go to tools that I can’t live without. I am pretty sure you’ll love all the discounts like I do.

I played around with some background stamping, then tried the baby wipe technique to color the caterpillar. I decided to use the new In Colors Starry Sky and Parakeet Party to make an alternative card with the caterpillar and butterfly stamps. I used the Ornate Floral embossing folder that is retiring. Those cute little flowers are sweet.

I know I will make some more alternatives. Here are the cards done as the kit directs.

Join us for Paper Pumpkin and zoom parties the 4th Sunday each month.
Our next paper pumpkin shindig will be in person on June 5th at my home.
PM me for info if your local.

I took the base card from the kit flipped backwards and die cut with stitched dies a window, added a bike, the beach houses colored with blends, the palm tree, sand and grass. Then stamped the sentiments. The stamps and dies from Paradise palms, dies from New Horizons and the bike is from Tulip dies.

Here I cased from Rachel Tessman adding the elements from the kit to black cardstock. Stamped the sentiment and grass from the ocean set.

Here is another window die cut adding the birds and the fence from the New Horizons Suite. I love everything about this Suite.

I wanted to create a card using the special extra stamps from the kit. I really love Misty Moonlight with this flower stamp.

A fun fold is always fun. I embossed the trees and stamped the trees from Grassy Grove.

Another favorite stamp set that is retiring but the boat looks so cool on this paper.

It’s been a busy month just playing with all these stamps.
I have so much fun! I hope you get time to create.

This could very well be the very first largest virtual swap I’ve had the pleasure to take part in using the Uniquely Artistic stamp-set we received free for attending our companies 2022 On Tour event this April. We will focus on networking, stamping, and business training.

These global, three-hour live virtual events, hosted by our demonstrator development managers (DDMs), are designed to kickstart and support the launch of the 2022–2023 Annual Catalog. We get to connect, share, and exchange ideas with other demonstrators. We’ll be receiving best practices and selling tips to launch the new 2022–2023 Annual Catalog and networking with other demonstrators in our areas! Seeing project ideas that will help us support an “inventory-proof” business! Learning about best business practices from other demonstrators and the benefits of building a team is a great way for us to grow and be there for you, our customers.

I used Misty Moonlight cardstock for the base, added a layer of basic white embossed in brick, then added a layer of the layering designs vellum. Then added top basic white die cut with color and contour dies and stamped with the March Paper Pumpkin sentiments and added dimensionals.

I love to add embellishments, I added Misty Moonlight gems and ribbon.

It was a challenge this week to create at all after having the flu so maybe the monochrome Misty Moonlight shows my mood but it really is my favorite color and I am sad to see it retire.

Thanks for stopping by.
